Corset Piercing Procedure
First the Piercier Marks on the area where thecorset piercing will be placed. Then the piercier begins to pierce the area marked with sterile needles. The Piercier then has a choice to either Pierce each hole seperatly and then place the bars in, or after each piercing leave the needle in and put a cork on the end of it.
Corset Piercings can take any where from 30 minutes to 4 hrs to complete.
After the Piercing is Done
After the piercier has piercied the area marked and placed the bars in the piercings, the piercier then procedes to lace the ribbon chosen for the piercings through the rings and then tie it at the bottom. One can then see the beauty of such a piercing....if even for a short time, for soon after the pull of the ribbon against the newly piercied flesh of someone quickly losing adrenaline, becomes uncomfortable until accustomed too.
Also the piercing must be cleaned repeativly and almost obsessivly in the next few weeks to keep the chances ofrejection and infection down, leaving very little time for the actual ribbons to be laced upped.
Cleaning and Caring for a Corset Piercing
During the next few weeks for the inital Healing of your'corset piercing, one must wash the piercing 3 times a day in epson salts or some other sanatizing/cleaning/bath solution. Also repeativley applying Triple Anti- Biotic Ointment to the piercings is highly recomended.
After the first Inital 3 weeks the piercing can now be laced up frequently and have pressure applied to it with little or no discomfort at all.
