Hafada piercing

apparently, from the links that AREN'T payware prohibited, password protected, or COPPA compliant, the Hafada piercing is a single or series of rings, or barbells at the outside base of the shaft and above the scrotum trailing downward, from the place the end of a condom would rest when fully unrolled downward over the scrotum. please correct me if i'm wrong. thx.
