Orbital piercing

An orbital piercing is defined as two piercings connected by a hoop, usually in the ear, but can be applied in other places (although it may be more difficult) such as the nostril, nipple, lip, or tongue.

This piercing is different from an industrial piercing, which connects two piercings by a straight piece of jewelry, most commonly an extended barbell, anywhere from 1 1/2" to 2" in length.
